Brookema Heritage

Packaging has been part of my family's story for generations. Brookema Packaging LLC is named after my grandfather's company, which operated in the Chicago area for decades — rather than choosing a new name, I wanted to carry that legacy forward.

My grandfather's company put out its own branded goods — like their Dutch Process Breakfast Cocoa — alongside manufacturing packaging for General Mills cereal lines, bakery mixes, and ingredient blends, from a plant in the Chicago area.

The heritage reinforces credibility — but it supports the personal brand rather than defining it. What I do today is source and sell packaging with modern tools, not run a plant.
